At Modern Toss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
